"The more you press them together, then more pectoral muscle stimulation you get". UMMMM, if you want pectoral muscle stimulation, why don't you focus on that with a chest exercise????

@MyFrugalFitness many people Forget About Grip Power's Importance, a Strong Grip can be Very Useful in many things
so this exercise is Good For Grip !! I think that Brachialis Muscle is the Most Important For Arm Power ... or at least is The Most Used

this exercise is Good for Arms Thickness in my opinion ... anyway I noticed that when I do biceps exercise which don't target only biceps, which targets also the brachialis, I like them ... if I do Laptop Bag Curls I like it ... but with Dumbbells I don't like so much
Brachialis is very much Connected With Forearm Muscles ... maybe that's why I feel that Laptop Bag Usage helps me to train my Power better ... because Laptop Bag Works Better The Forearms

@ddf0dr1v3r2 Yup great for thickness, forearms, and grip strength! So many people like to focus on just the long head of the bicep and doing narrow grip EZ bar curls, preacher curls, incline / decline curls, concentration curls, but they forget about forearm extensors and smaller head of the biceps.
