The Augustine Commission Report is set to make recommendations to the Obama Administration regarding the future of the U.S. space program. Will the U.S. go to the moon or mars? Will there be more cooperation with Russia on these issues? And who will foot the bill for all of these programs? RT's Dina Gusovsky speaks to space expert Jeff Manber.
