Hitendra Wadhwa, associate professor of professional practice and director of the Personal Leadership and Success Program at Columbia Business School, discusses his work with a group of Columbia University alumni at the Fifth Annual CAA Worldwide Alumni Leaders Assembly. In the course of his talk, Professor Wadhwa shares strategies for implementing a more personal approach to leadership than the institutional and external models that are traditionally used in both business and life.
