  • You know it being that far flat made it easier for me to correct the pitch by transposing which is what I started doing for some choral songs before I threw out the piano.

  • such a bad piano

  • give it a rest all... I've already said that the piano was bad... I admitted it myself... and we have since thrown it out... which I"ve told you all... look past the piano would you?

  • WOW. You can see you're a talented young man through that obfuscation of such an out-of-tune 'thing' you're playing. It certainly isn't A-440 ... it sounds about a major second low - what strings are in tune (if any).

  • You are correct in it "having been" a major 2nd lower at A. Lucky for both of us I tossed it over the side of my front porch and am using it as kindling. (The lovely wood work is going on my grandfathers headboard for his bed.) I'm currently saving money for a new piano.

  • Unfortunately I got no recording of it but it was great fun and I liked the sound of the song on the grand. I can't wait to play it again for the master class... and to go to Lucas Porters recital in town next saturday night!

  • I love your piano. It's tuning makes it totally unique. Don't worry about the empty headed lumps of dog shit going on about replacing it, they have closed minds. There is no rule book that says a piano has to be in tune or even that music has to be tonal.

I enjoyed this, thanks for uploading.

  • Amazing. Your piano is actually a whole Minor 2nd flat. I've never seen that before.

  • Excellent playing!

  • everyone one sucks for not being smart enough to read the note, or any of my comments... I'm not going to listen to any more comments about how my piano needs tuning or replacement, because... it was too bad to be tuned, and the professional opinion was to throw it out the 2nd floor window.... well it's too heavy for that.... so we rolled it down the stairs, out the door, and onto the lawn where it got sledge hammered. SO EVERYONE JUST SHUT UP ABOUT THE PIANO!!!!

  • Im sorry, but this recording is simply dreadful - there's nothing wrong with the playing, its the piano - GET IT TUNED OR REPLACED!!!
