@cjmooney9 believe me it is v 98, they played when i come around and he had no trousers on, after the song had finished tre smashed up his drum kit n billie joe went n put them back on

This may be V, but it's not 1998. The crowd is too small (it was a massive audience). He has clothes on. The stage was set on fire. There was also a skill and cross bones flag in the background
