Mya Lyons was 9 when she was found murdered in an alley near her father's home in Chicago's Auburn-Gresham neighborhood on July 14, 2008.

On the second anniversary of her death, a prayer vigil was held in Mya's honor.

Mya's mother, Ericka Barnes, talked about how the ordeal has affected her personally.

  • If a family member wants me to, I will do everything I can to see who the killer is. Please, do not think I want fame or money. I am very good att what I do. My video explains how I get information that no other can. I work often with these kind of cases.

  • Great work Governor Zack.
