i've never seen this musical, but i'm pretty familiar with the songs because i have the soundtrack. i've seen footage, and would LOOOVE to see it live one day...

Stephanie Lawrence the first ever Pearl can not be beat.. She was the only female empressing Andrew Lloyd Webber with a cartwheel on roller skates at the auditions never missing a beat. Unfortunately Stephanie passed away in November of 2000. The West End became a lot darker that day. I love and miss her having been blessed to have had an amazing friendship with her that lasted ten years and she became somewhat of a mother figure for me.

I loved seeing this musical for the first time in the Apollo. It was such an amazing thing to watch when your so young. I've only seen it once since then and that was the 3D version but it wasn't as good as seeing the cast skate around you. Every since I first saw this musical it's been my favourite although Phantom of the Opera almost took ocer. It's an amazing musical and I wish it would open up again. Well done on the video btw.

i had the pleasure of working on the stage door of the APOLLO VIC production for almost the entire run,i met many great people,i was very upset when it went,if i could have those days back again i would be very happy!

Where did you get the first 2 images? The pictures of Ray Shell and Stephanie Lawrence and the one of Ray Shell and the coaches? I REALLY want copies of them.
