I will spare the long story of this event, but when asked as to why these officers were videotaping this man, they simply replied" he looks like a gangbanger". I proceeded to ask them if that gives them the right to detain and take pictures of this man, to which they replied" He was involved in a crime, we had the right to detain him". This mans crime?? Not wearing a seatbelt. These officers are most likely working for Escambia Countys new "Gang Taskforce". I was also told by the black officer that he is going to "give me a citation for standing on the sidewalk", if i "continue pissing him off". Only after
