Yeah if you set visualisation to none and click render emmiter - it doesnt show the particles (:

You have to set the visualization to None, and click the render emmiter button that shows up.

Object panel, Particles, Visualization Panel under Render set 'Emitter' button pushed in.

hey how do i film this?? i mean i can make my ball explode but when i try to render animation, i just see those glowing things, not the ball at all

That was Blender's Explode modifier.

It's the next panel to the right of the 'Render' panel.

How do you render it like into a video?
If i press f12 then alt + it doesnt move so how do i watch it?

First you hit the Anim button. This will make a movie with the parameters in the 'format' window. I use Quicktime and NTSC button. Then after rendered into a movie you hit play to play it. The file is stored where ever you have it set up in the 'output' tab of the same panel group.
