Beginners Kettlebell Circuit follow along. 1 minute rounds followed by 30 seconds rest. After completing beginners kettlebell circuit video try to repeat a further four times with a minute break between rounds. When you can easily complete four rounds of beginners kettlebell circuit move to the intermediate circuit I have posted.

Great workout!!! Got me sweating like Zidane haha did 2 rounds and it had me drop to the floor when I was done, I'm just a beginner in kettlebells and want a fighter style body hope to get it this way because I hate lifting dumbells in the gym. Great vid..! Thanks
