@whereisYOURoutrage First, marriage is not in the constitution, therefore it should not be in govt. As for legal basis, it is in America's interest to support a strong family unit to help establish order and responsibility, and the conceiving and raising of children.

The 'Gay Gene' is a myth, a hoax really, It's that the public will become more accepting of homosexuality if they are convinced that it is inborn and immutable. It is why gay groups work to push this "theory"
