So does this mean that there will be 16% more military men and women and they will stay if the bonuses are there during war time? Soldiers in Iraq are offered tremendous bonuses (for fairly low level government employees) but they sometimes run out. I don't know how the reenlistment officers really work, but something needs to be done.
I meant offices not officers. Officers don't really work.
