Does a wire-under-window-rubber-trick also work on new cars like this?

No, wire only works on older vintage cars that have rubber seals holding the glass in.. There is not enough lip for you to open up and get pain behind. Thanks Pete

Nice job on the scratches and new backroung music that foam tape is great to used when used right i call it dart tape because its kind of like the foam they use to make darts
