Miriam: What?! You haven't heard of feng shui?!
Andi: I only memorise the numbers at Chinese restaurants. For example, 52 is really great. It's fried rice with a bit of beef...
Miriam: Feng shui is not about eating, but furnishing. And it's completely bad for the chi if there's any through draught. (to Christian and Olli) Hey! Don't tell me you've made up.
Christian: I will NOT sell my share.
Andi: So that means we'll renovate.
Olli: Yep!
Christian: Us?!
Olli: Andi got a cost estimate from BrandnerBau: 75 000 Euros.
Christian: Ouch.
Andi: And that's already a special price for a friend.
Olli: That's why we'll do it ourselves.
Christian: What?! The whole building?! We're supposed to replace all doors, not to mention those moulding walls? How are we supposed to pull that off?
Andi: (points to each bicep in turn) Well, not just with this, but also with that.
Christian: Ha ha ha. May I sleep a night on it?
Olli: Sure.
Andi: No! I have a whole lot of these fire doors at hand. They're exactly the kind we need. It's a fantastic bargain.
Christian: But?
Andi: You need to decide now. The truck is already on the autobahn and if it won't deliver them to us...
Olli: ...then somewhere else.
Andi: We could already remove the old doors.
Miriam: Tell me, are you listening to me at all?! According to feng shui, a through draught is pure poison!
Olli: Miri! (to Christian) What's it gonna be? Will we go through with this?
Christian: Yes, sure! Of course we'll go through with this!

Miriam: If you remove the doors at the same time, all the good chi will drain!
Andi: If feng shui isn't something to eat, then stop bothering me with it, okay?
Miriam: Yes, but don't say I didn't warn you. Olli, I'll go back downstairs.
Olli: Thanks!
Miriam: Hey!
Jessica: Hey! Tell me, can somebody explain to me why she doesn't have to contribute?!
Olli: Because she's doing a shift at No Limits?
Jessica: Well great, but I painted my nails today!
Christian: Yeah, the doors don't care.
Dana: And we have a real problem here.
Olli: Which is?
Dana: The hallway downstairs is too narrow. We're constantly hitting something with the doors.
Andi: Oh, come on, we'll just throw the doors out the window into the courtyard. We don't need them anymore. Come with me; I'll show you!
Dana: Okay.
Jessica: Ow!
Christian: Well. Just another 14! (Christian takes off his t-shirt and drinks from a bottle of water)
Olli: (caught 'staring' at Christian) Yes, if we hurry, we'll be done in 2 hours.

Andi: About time the truck was getting here.
Jessica: When will your luscious colleagues from the construction site get here?
Andi: They're too expensive. Olli and Christian preferred to use unskilled employees like you. So quality naturally suffers.
Christian: Those material costs ain't cheap, either.
Andi: That's why I'm keeping my eyes peeled for remaining stock and bargains.
Olli: But we still need to urgently get to those walls.
Andi: Yeah, as soon as I have the special paint...
Olli: And what if the next bargain will only become available in a few months?
Andi: Are you still going to eat that?
Dana: Go ahead.
Olli: Andi, I'm serious! As long as we've got the mould, I need to close the guesthouse. And the kitchen at No Limits is closed as well. That's a lot of cash that's slipping through our fingers!
Jessica: And then there's also our abatement of rent. Well, you don't expect us to do this for free, right?
Olli: If this keeps up for long, we'll be broke before the renovations are done.
Christian: Well, in case of necessity, I still have the money from my home contents insurance. From the fire at Königsbrunn.
Andi: (on phone) Fritzsche here, hello? One moment; the reception is really bad I can't understand you!
Christian: Ah!
Andi: (on phone) You can't understand me?
Dana: Daddy?
Olli: Hey.
Dana: Everything okay?
Thomas: I need to talk to you. But not here.
Dana: Yeah, sure.
Jessica: Well, great! And who's saving me?!

@pannanboy I've simply been 'officially' filling in for MM whilst she was on holiday. She's back now and so will be slowly catching up on all the subbing she's missed, along with uploading the current stuff. @z6mrocker I'm just doing these on MM's behalf, so people can still watch all of their scenes in her absence. We both presumed that was preferable to waiting weeks for anything. Something instead of nothing...with FULL English transcripts thus far. MM will be slowly catching up, subbing everything from her absence, from next week. So you'll have subs soon. And these are being done on top of the huge amount of vl 'work' I'm already snowed under with, please bear in mind. PS: "You're welcome." ;)

I do wish people would stop posting requests for English titles. It's been explained why we don't have them at the moment. People should stop being so ungrateful and appreciate that this is a favor. No one has to do this, but they do because they know how much we love Chrolli.
