Recent work includes The Big Thaw: Charting a New Future for Journalism (TheBigThaw.com), The Future of Green Building and studies about Mother Jones, AlterNet, Sierra Club and Brightcove's online strategies. He also runs leadership trainings for companies such as Google. Tony created the socialmedia meme "wdydwyd?" (wdydwyd.com) that has challenged over one million people to answer, "Why do you do what you do?"
