Madeleine Albright captured the essence of this dysfunctional presidency best when she explained why clinton couldn't go after bin Laden.

According to Richard Miniter, the Albright revelation occurred at the cabinet meeting that would decide the disposition of the USS Cole bombing by al Qaeda [that is to say, that would decide to do what it had always done when a "bimbo" was not spilling the beans on the clintons: Nothing]. Only Clarke wanted to retaliate militarily for this unambiguous act of war.

Albright explained that a [sham] Mideast accord would yield [if not peace for the principals, surely] a Nobel Peace Prize for clinton. Kill or capture bin Laden and clinton could kiss the 'accord' and the Peace Prize good-bye.

If clinton liberalism, smallness, cowardice, corruption, perfidy--and, to borrow a phrase from Andrew Cuomo, clinton cluelessness--played a part, it was, in the end, the Nobel Peace Prize that produced the puerile pertinacity that enabled the clintons to shrug off terrorism's global danger.

And now we are seriously thinking about putting these two deadly, self-serving defectives back in power?

These were all ridiculous laws passed first by my local government putting that much more control on everything I do. My local government btw is democrat based but it matters not democrat, republican they are all full of ideas they want passed. I can get my wife pregnant tomorrow and have it sucked out of her 6 weeks later, but I can't ride my bicycle down the street without a helmut, or smoke in a bar, how ridiculous is that?

Bush SR- Couldn't find too much here but the fact that he had raised taxes (as the democrats wanted however he had promised not to so he alienated himself there) and people thought he hadn't ended the war in the Gulf properly this plus he pardoned a number of people involved in the Iran Contra scandal.

Clinton- Somalia, the raid was a disaster killing and wounding many, the bombing of Yugoslavia which killed civilians, supporting the KLA with equipment and training which was a terrorist group which went on to commit crimes against civilians as well as war crimes. Ignoring the Rwanda Genocide while close to a million people were butchered. The Lewinsky trial was the real kicker for him though, nothing quite like a man trying to avoid punishment by debating the definition of the word "is".

Here are a list of our presidents and embarrassing/horrible ideas that have either gotten people killed or embarrassed our nation as a whole.

Bush (current)- Iraq war- not the worst idea ever to remove a dictator who killed hundreds of thousands and committed crimes against humanity however it is seen as a disgrace. Katrina -(which I believe was a fuck up at both the state and federal level)

Kevin...to good books l recommend for you are "What Happened" by Scott McClellan and "A Manifesto" by Ron Paul two books by rather Conservative men from Texas, like Bush coincidentally. What disappoints me is that Bush demoted Richard Clarke who contained knowledge that Bin Laden was determined to use planes to hit the US. In my opinion, both presidents deserve blame, but Clinton is not off the hook.
