Driving to RAF Bentwaters

I placed a camcorder with a fisheye lens on a tripod in my Dodge Caravan, straped it down, and drove to the RAF Bentwaters gas station. Music by BBC radio "Werewolf in London", special sounds effects by my daughter, Katrina and her friend Rachael.

I was there from '89 to '92...what happy times they were, dude!

I was in the 81st Supply & stayed in the dorms..it was a great life, like a little village!

I have some old tapes I recorded back them - some of them are in bad shape, but I should see what I can salvage & post!

THIS IS GREAT, i WAS WITH THE 81ST WHEN  WE MOVED FROM MOSES LAKE TO RAF Bentwaters, left in 1955; Returned in 1970 was in the Fire Dept, retired from Bentwaters in 1974. Went their with 3 stripes left in 74 as Wing fire chief wonderful bentwaters.lovely vidows

A majority of this drive on the civilian side of RAF Bentwaters no longer exists. It's just houses now.
