They changed their contract. I just called in and they pointed it out quickly. "You agree to pay all access, usage and other charges that you or the user of your wireless device incurred..... they are kept by us in whole or in part, and the amounts and what they pay for may change."

@webbuha it varies if your bill increases or decreases. They take a certain percentage of that bill to add on. If that certain percentage doesn't match up from last time, then you can argue

Verizon is now going to charge 2 dollars to pay your bill online or on the phone with a credit card by jan 15th of 2012. Can i use this to get ouf of contract.
