I never in a million years would have bought the rack but I was lucky enough to get it as a present from my mother. I laughed at it when she got it for me and wondered what the hell I was going to do with it. It sat in my computer room for a few days and I decided I was obligated to give it a try since it was a gift. It took me less than ten minutes to put it together and the first workout was 20 minutes. I was blown away at how great this product worked my body. great for getting back in shape
