as cool as it is to pit weapon against weapon, i have to wonder as to the reality of this scenario. its my experiance that when people are padded, using padded weapons and arent really scared of being killed in the bout, then the reality is that your just testing who can wack the other with a stick, rather than pitting two weapons. in warfare weapon prestige and fear played large roles. what i mean is, try full contact boxing with and w/o gloves and you will see my meaning.
