everyone has their opinion. yet i bet none of you are as great or had as many opportunities as these dancers who have danced in many pieces in the past and are still dancing. i know they don't even see these comments so they don't even know you exist! lol. legs and feet aren't everything. and they are stylistically fine. get over it. get in the studio and work on yourself please and thanks.

If you search Roberto Bolle and Sylvia (or Bolle and Royal Ballet) you will see some clips of Roberto dancing at the Royal Ballet as GUEST Principal. There are about 20 Principals or Guest Principals at the Royal Ballet in London.

Hi
I KNEW his is Roberto Bolle, former regular dance partner of Darcey Bussell at Royal Ballet. I have seen danced at Royal Ballet about six times. As I said he was a GUEST Principal. A guest means a GUEST and I am well aware he dances at Milan as well.
I have also seen him (on DVD) in the Opera Aida and also on TV danced with Darcey Bussell in Manon at La Scala when Darcey Bussell was GUEST at La Scala.
Roberto is an excellent dancer!

dang this is quite amazing. the choreography is so.. suspenseful. which one is zenaida?
when I watch the video of Sylvie Guillem doing this dance, she looks like she flies and takes up so much space on stage. The girl in her part doesn't look like that at all. It's almost like she's afraid of that part. It lacks attack. And, although I love Roberto so much, he isn't right for this part either. I feel the same thing with him... that he doesn't take up space and that he doesn't get into the floor. The other soloist is good, I bet that's Marta Romanga.

Whereas the dancers here are undeniably talented, this is a prime example of the need for proper stylistic coaching. That said, Zenaida danced beautifully. I was at La Scala when Roberto had his premier in 'Middle', and his movement was far more appropriate then. People think it's ok to turn Forsythe into a riskless rendering of vertical steps, a series of vertical balances, high vertical kicks and multiple vertical turns. This was 2006, who knows what it looks like now? GET PROPER COACHING!
