Using a Moeller Motion Exercise over Constant Release Feet. Hand sticking patterns are; 1-single stroke roll, 2-double strokes, 3-single stroke accented triplets, 4-paradiddles 5-five stroke roll 6- double paradiddle 7-RLRLLRR-LRLRRLL 8-paradiddlediddlediddle(eight stroke roll) 9-nine stroke roll. Feet are doing a single stroke roll using the "Constant Release" technique.
nice set up. I seldom come across someone with a decent set up.
