no this is actually a glicth its stil around today what you do is: go to the bank lag out for a cuople secs click on your runes then quickly on your spell book and there it is :)

it happens to me he does have right level if u can see he teleports at the end and if it was droped he wouldnt be able to teleport so you people check your brains or your computers im pretty sure one of them is messed up

Its fine. On rare occasions this happens to me too. Though I wouldn't consider it a glitch. More of a case of lag. Of course, if you could still use that spell, just clicking it will fix it instantly.

Nothing is edited, this is the TRUE FILE! I didn't do anything to trick it, because this always happens to me. This isn't a "funny glitch", it's just something I wanted to show

Thats not a glitch.... It just means that your mage level has been drained a few levels, bother checking that?
