Question: Why is it that you hear Eminem rapping when he has the mic away from his mouth? I'm sure it's a back up track for when the lyrics go on too much to keep up with live, but doesn't that kinda defeat the purpose of having a live show?

@FinalFantasy773 You try doing 26 songs in less than 90 minutes without taking a breath.  Some of Eminem's lyrics are so fast, it's literally impossible to get a breath in at some points. The only way it would defeat the purpose is it were a Milli Vanilli concert. Em wasn't lip-syncing so the show kicked ass.

I'm just saying its impossible for him to sing every single lyric to his songs and so for there to be no gaps in the music, they have to play a voice track in the background for when he takes a breath. Lots of rappers have this problem. It certainly doesn't defeat the purpose of a live show.

@Gideon52480 Later in the show, I noticed he had another rapper there with him to pick up certain lines, which what I guess I was expecting for "Won't Back Down," but I suppose that was also so they could keep Pink's vocals in the song?

@FinalFantasy773 That's his "hype man", Mr Porter, which all rapper basically have to energize the crowd and also provided moments where the rapper can take quick breathes. The only other rapper that was there that night singing with him was Royce Da 5'9" to perform their two new Bad Meets Evil songs.

That song with pink sucks so much... in his early years he would have NEVER made a song with pink or rihanna or bruno mars... He used to diss al these popstars...

@kmitchem4 Yeah, those were the best ones I could find. My footage is the close-ups from left of stage, with me turning the camera on myself and friends occasionally.

In all fairness to the cameramen, you try holding a camera, zooming in on the singer, holding it steady while zoomed in, while drunk, and trying to enjoy the show. Not an easy feat.

@gijz321 I'm not trying to argue with you or something, I just don't understand what you're getting at. His lyrics still have a lot of meaning behind them, don't they? Just cause he's not tearing into somebody on a track, doesn't make it any less real.
