  • you cant walk up and down the isle, the crew would just tell you to sit down.

  • @alyfuturepilot Not true. I've walked around a plane many, many times. So have other people I know. It's common knowledge for the crew, that they know that exercise helps jetlag.

  • Shit... I cross ONE time zone in an airplane and I am fucked for like a week. Slept through my entire Bahama cruise this thanksgiving. flying sucks. Strange thing is that when I returned to my original time zone I was able to stay up for a week straight without a hint of fatigue!

  • @EvilCupcake854

It depends on the plane you fly in, and the carrier. If you are flying in a shitty MD80 there is no room to do this and they definitely WOULD tell you to sit down.

  • "Or internal cock"...? OHHHHHH, CLOCK...

  • @FSXMovies yeah, next time ima cross the atlantic on a boat.

  • Miss you are Absolutly right, thank you

  • I don't have any problems HAHAxD

  • Jet lag for me would be Exhaustion headaches Ears Popping Restless Sleep Unable to get comfortable

  • Turbcast is a great app for fear of flying.
