Not Your Everyday Hair Products

Since I have started to boycott asian owned hair stores and products that do more damage than good for my hair, I have decided to turn to my own kitchen. Yes that's right, back to my kitchen. You could also say to the grocery store. The list may shock you but then they are items that we have heard about using in our hair. Enjoy!

Very nice mixture.......................­........................it may have tons of bacteria even if it doesn't mold. Mold is when it has gotten so much bacteria that it is visible to the human eye. i had a TERRIBLE experience with mine..............TERRIBLE lol.

@cassochinadoll wow really!? That's good to know, not about ur experience of course, but about the bacteria build even tho there is no mold. What happened to your hair? Mine still does pretty good no matter how long it is in there, or I've just havnt noticed the difference. My mix is getting dark on top and I'm still thinking about using it. lol

@ColorOrStateOfMind I mixed it with water and put it in my hair over night covered with a shower cap. i basically created the perfect environment for bacteria to grow. A warm and moist environment. some bacteria replicate every 20 minutes. well, for the next 4 n a half months, my scalp felt like it was on fire. it was a very sharp pain and when i went to the doctor, they suggested that my scalp had overgrowth of bacteria. I am in med school now and i now understand how silly what i did was.
