  • I think that Jesus was the same thing as the Buddha, only the Buddha's followers kept what was necessary instead of the primitive dogmatic law surrounding the words of Jesus. All that's needed for true Christianity is the teachings of Jesus, not the controlling implications laid in by those who pervert his philosophy into a means to divide and ridicule others. The parallels between the life of Jesus and the life of the Buddha are very similar, as are their messages.

  • This video is about Buddhism and science. Don't get confused with Toa.

  • excuse me, but this is some major bullshit

  • @97pattan Christ NEVER claimed to be God. Christ said the kingdom of Heanen is in you, and you must go inward to find it. Please do not let corrupted "Christianity keep you ignorant.

  • Re difference between Jesus & Buddha comment: Jesus didn't claim to be God- he became elevated to that status by the Council of Nicaea in 325 under Emperor of Rome Constantine who was taking Christianity mainstream- and this was decided by a margin of one vote!

  • @hemobotep the BIG difference between Jesus and Buddha is that one claimed to be God while the other say he is NOT God. Hence the BIGGER difference is that one say you rely on God while the other says that you look inside yourself through meditation to find the Buddha inside you.

  • 2:19 -WOWS OMG How does He Knew I Looking at a Computer Screen???

    >ESP??

    Lolz.. lol

  • These mystics' nervous systems may have many unknown abilities, being, as they are, practitioners of techniques developed over many centuries of systematic introspection and training the senses obsessively. The nervous system can be trained much more effectively than by feeding the intellect raw data and logic tools, and of course developing that training takes great intellectual effort, so the balance remains.

  • I don't know if thinking of all these concepts in relation to each other is helpful in understanding them. Buddhism and Modern Physics are among the most difficult things to truly grasp, so to put them side by side is to imagine that each is much simpler than the reality.

Of course it's infantile to think science and The Great Work oppose each other (people still hung up on Galileo), but what interests me more is that there may be scientific knowledge encoded in mystic's writings.

  • science is our method of factually finding things out, it is not a perception of reality.

  • Well done!! Thank you for posting.

  • @xRithyx you mean tao
