Hola, pues el Dr Debelian no cambia de contrangulo (= mismo modelo), sin embargo, el ya tiene varios CA preparados (2-3) con las limas para perder lo menos tiempo possible.

The obturation of the canals is a little bit short...

"The working length is correct. The instrumentation and obturation was performed at minor foramen with the help of an apex locator. If you ever see an obturation material flush on the xray then you are too long. Please, consult articles on working length/apex locators."

It's too difficult to me to give an exact evaluation from this little picture, but it seems to me that the obturation is short expecially on distal canal.

I know very well that the radiographyc apex is different from endodontic apex, and that the apex locator give to us the endodontic apex.

But i know also that radiographyc and endodontic apex frequently are the same....

Sometimes the real apex apears 3 or 4mm shorter than the radiographyc apex.

This obturation is perfetc.
