In this instalment of Fishing the Edge, Guesty hits The NSW South Coast chasing big bream on surface poppers. The boys get some great fish throughout the day!
:) love it.. been popping for bream and whiting over a year now.. so much fun watching any fish chase lures and once hooked the fun elevates to big grins and bystanders watching you adds that extra amusement
Hey nice vid! i've currenty got a Pflueger Trion 2-4kg rod with 6lb braid and 6lb flurocarbon leader, I've been using Soft plastics and have been getting reasonable success with them. Just wondering where I can get these smiths lures and also a good hard body for some flatties. I'm fishing down at minamurra river I can't seem to find a really good spot but I know there's lots of weed and it varies from around 0.5m to 5m

minamurra river is a good spot but you need a boat and if you dont the best spot is under te bridge with some bread.
