@thegodofs SCVIV was the fourth Konami game with "Castlevania" in its title. So technically, Super Castlevania IV is the fourth Castlevania game, therefore Castlevania 4(IV). Not wanting to sound like a dick or anything, but the technicality is still there.

i agree, I hate the anime style in castlevania. Rondo of Blood is one of my favorites, but the cut scenes are kinda lame. Looking at the covers of the newer games, I wasnt sure if they were the hero or a vampire. It kinda sucks, same thing happened to Final Fantasy and Dragon Warrior
