How to wire banana plugs for home theater

I just wanted to show what I do to make sure there is a solid connection at different audio connections in our home theater setup.
Loose wires and connections can cause noise, static, loss of sound, low volume. It can also cause excess heat, corrosion/charring on the connectors and wires and permanent loss of quality.
Every wire and connection between every audio/video component should have the best connection possible to ensure the highest audio and video quality possible and to protect your equipment and insure longevity.
When setting things up, check all your connections and take your time, it's a pain to come back later and have to trace a poor connection or faulty wire.
