I like force carbonation, over a natural carbonation its faster and it gives me a lot of control over the sweetness/dryness and it opens a lot more possibility for flavoring and being a cheater in brewing, and who doesn't like cheating and wining and homemade alcohol all at the same time. I know I do. Its also cool to have the stuff to make other things, like a 5 gal batch of Kool-Aid, a plastic bottle of clear high proof liquid and you have a way to keep the others out of your brew
I disagree with Robert. I liked the music and the intro explained everything perfectly so I knew what was going on when you did it. Also, great job on the music and the video. Nice steady cam, nice clear shots, nice ambient music (instead of whatever top 20 song is on the radio.) Very good job man. Also, I just started brewing and have been bottling/bottle fermenting (don't have a keg). Would you say that your beer is better kegged rather than getting the carbonation/last ferm from the bottle?
Good job for this being your first video. With that said, I would have appreciated it more had you actually been talking while you were filling the bottle and kept the music to a very low amount in the background.
