Wonderful video. I loved how you highlighted the main principles of ikkyo. Ikkyo has thousands of applications, but it is very important to make students (like me) understand that it all starts from creating a small distortion to reach the elbow. I still remember trying to destroy uke because I couldn't move his arm...now I just have to learn to blend (another easy part which will take more years hee hee).

Dear sir...very excellent ,simply, nice, strait to point and very nice flow. I have been in aiki for so long and there is always something to amaze me. Waiting to see rest of techniques as done as this. Big + from me.
