over a thousand members of our community joined SEIU 721 members from all over the region in a day of protest against Wall Street banker greed.
Our day started with a march in downtown LA and ended with eleven people engaging in a brave act of civil disobedience. SEIU 721 members, staff and other community supporters peacefully took the protest inside a Bank of American branch. Eventually, police dressed in riot gear led the eleven away in handcuffs.
