Baby Turtle: Texas Map Turtle (Becks)/55 Gallon Aquarium

This here is my Texas map Turtle, "Becks", he is a male about 4-5 months old around 1'3/8 of an inch ( was around 1'1/8 when i got him). He lives in a 55 gallon aquarium along with some goldfish, neon tetras, gouramis, mollies, otto, panda cory cat, and a rainbow shark. It is all being kept crystal clear by a Rena XP3 filstar canister filter. Turtle's lighting is uvb by zilla and uva and heat by zoo med. Also have a 48 inch strip light across the aquarium by Coralife. All in all I am loving the aquarium and the all of it's residents especially Becks. have any questions or comments, leave them and I will be more than happy to answer. Thanks for watching.

@ xPinkIsDeadlyx, Thanks. It looks a little different right now, rearranged some plants and rocks, got rid of some fish and got new ones. Nonetheless your tank is awesome, especially the sand and the giant tree !

That's what I hear but in all honesty if their animals are getting abused why not rescue them and therefore purchase them....its like an animal shelter. My turtle has no deformaties, no shell rot, pyramiding etc. Therefore I think its nothing more than a lie that somehow has caught fire.

Yeah that seems to be the general consensus around the youtube/turtle world. I honestly have not had a problem and a guy I talked to said that their policy is turtle guaranteed to be alive and healthy or they replace it and give you money back. I dont know maybe I was lucky or the actually care for their turtles. Either way as far as my personal experience with them, so far their good in my eyes.

Also did not have too much of a choice since Texas Map Turtles were not available anywhere else...

Dont buy from turtlesale/turtleshack they abuse animals!... and most of the time your turtle will have a deformitie
