@independence8 It also makes your legs more flexible. And frankly it's not too difficult to sit in that position for a long time. Try just squatting, you'll see. Ofcourse, you should be flexible enough to squat.

@onionship Let's just say, if you were to get some crap on your hand, or on your face, or something. Would you then simply wipe it with paper and carry on, or would you try and wash it with water? When would you feel more clean? I'm actually interested in knowing what would make you feel cleaner?

I guess it takes some getting used to , squating in the right place above the hole in the floor...

i hope they have toilet paper in there...and not just a bucket of water...then ull have to use your hand and the water to compensate for the toilet paper....hahahhaha
