@Spoksy Why put a tazer on someone who had a gun?
Why didn't a single officer not only present a gun but say one was pulled in the first place?
Also if a man is lying on his belly with 4 highly trained officers subduing him, if he was able to get his gun off those cops desirved to be shot. Think about it! Who would you want to come to help you? Four enept cops with itchi trigger fingers or people who'd rather help than to murder unarmed civilians?

@ReGo001 Wow if your thinking was actually put into pratice everyone would be labled a criminal of some type and should be murdered in some way.
For shame!

@03156459 What about the people who are wrongfully convicted?
Your also leaving out the fact that people of color are %90 more likely to be convicted by law enforcment than others. For example, wall street coke heads/prostitution parties, child molesters (Sanduski, catholic priests) white collar crimes, embezzelment, tax evasion etc.
Whites don't pay taxes anyways. Should all tax evaders be put to death or just people who are convicted of victimless crimes?

This cop only got 2 years. There's a guy in Illinois who's facing 75 years for recording a cop on his cell phone. We are giving too much power to the government, because they're doing shit like this.

This hearts my heart, no matter what people say somebodys son was killed, reguardless of accident or not a taser should not have even been pulled when it was 4 cops on one man that's already down. A black man would get more time for getting found with marijuana than what this cop did for actually taking a life...smh

@Spoksy <<<ur one dumb muthafucka, did the video show that?
-
@Spoksy he was unarmed, idiot. do your research. totally unarmed. the cop murdered him for no reason.
-
He thought it was his tazer. That is why the officers let go of him and jumped up first.
-
So what makes you people assume that the guy on the ground did not pull a gun on them?
The sad reality is that if somebody had never captured that on video, it is highly likely that the other "officers" would have covered for him. They, likely, would have fabricated some sort of story that could justify the shooting. The code of silence that infests the custody and law enforcement mindset is strong and insidious.

What an incredibly cowardly thing to do .... to shoot an unarmed man lying on the ground.
Andy had a very good rason for making Barney keep his single bullet away from his gun, tucked safely in his top shirt pocket. We, as a society, have really got to start changing laws and establishing real accountability for police. There are too many Barneys out their with something to prove.
