  • glide time is important, you have to know when its time to stroke again. you want to the get the best out of each glide, but dont let the glide come stationairy. ALSO important, when you attempt anything more than a 25m underwater, try to go as deep as possible, and slowly come up as you are swimming.

  • think about it. that girl is swimming at her HOUSE. ur gonna be swimming an under water that is like 50-75 yards long. and u dont reallly need a noseclip. just watch some olympic vids of synchro and then ull understand why shes teaching u these underwaters.

  • How does it turn out if she let it pass through the 100 meter-long water tunnel which cannot breathe in on the way?

She is going under water the athlete and synchronized swimming players and can succeed in under water swimming it?

Or did she lose consciousness for the lack of oxygen?

Or she cannot breath holding and Drowning? This is a joke

  • @7201952 LMAO

  • Would have been better if she had of wore a thong.

  • her feet is whiter than her

  • oh the joys of unders, i remeber playing sharks and minnos with my synchro team "unders" style :)

  • I am able to do 25m without brething with no effort, but using a nose clip actually helps on that. But I've been swimming for years so.
