The first exercise looks a bit stupid but is very effective. I don't feel it in my biceps or brachioradialis but in my shoulder.
I always try to pull the rope on a level with my chin.

ist die kadenz normal mit immer 10kg abnehmend? ich mach immer 2kg weniger. sollte ich es lieber auch so machen wie du jordi?
