Houdini with her three baby lovebirds on day 10 in high definition

This is video taken using the fine / hi-def setting on my camera of the three lovebird babies on day ten. I finally got some good close-ups of their faces. This is my first experience with baby birds and I'm very exciting about taking on this new challenge. It's also very sweet that Houdini (who I thought was a 'he') is settled and happy enough to have babies. Houdini was actually captured by me flying free around the neighborhood with one other peachface. I caught her and her buddie w/help from Lola my Dutch Blue lovebird who i had owned for a couple years. Nobody claimed Houdini or her buddy so I decided to keep her even though she was very wild and terrified of me. After two years and much patience she has learned to trust me and has become very tame and never ever bites. It's been such a rewarding experience by rescuing this sweet girl and having her reward me with these adorable babies. I look foward to spending lots of time w/her new brood!

what do u do from there hand rear them or leave them with the mother and tell me how they get on

I pulled the babies at about 2+ weeks and hand fed them. I have videos posted of this. The babies are all happy, healthy and tame. I kept the yellow one who talks and found a home for one and am looking for a home for one more.
