  • Dude! thats AWESOME! great work!... is there any way to play that blues chord bit on a normal guitar? could you say which chords you are using here?

  • I have no idea how to play a normal guitar anymore! Um, chords are probably G, C, D (typical blues I IV V)

  • I'm putting this in my faves and subscribing!

  • Your a legend ! I've spent MONTHS trying to get my head around playing a CBG. I've got NO musical experience AT ALL - and after watching countless videos from other people, all saying do this, do that, you gotta do it this way etc - I ended up in a mess and utterly frustrated. I've already started playing my own (kinda "clumpy") riffs now :=)

I've got a long way to go tho. I'm still kinda hovering around the 5th,6th,and 7th fret area ( mines fretless, so i'm playing purely with a slide).

  • OK so how would that sound if you was to bend the string up are down.

  • Dude you're insane :-) Got so much knowledge from this 5 mins video. This stuff makes sense to me now. Awesome man. Keep it up.

  • What was the fret scale on this one? 24.5 or 25.5? I learned alot from my first build but I haven't quite wrapped my head around this fret scale thing. If I had 2 guitars side by side, one a 24.5 and the other 25.5, the third fret would sound the same if both were tuned to the same open chord, right?

  • 1stringwille rocks as much as you

  • u know u can just go to the next string on 6 string not sure for cigar box ill have to try

  • lime in the coconut lol

  • you sir are a good teacher :) teach me your vids shall lol

  • Holy ...

Now, looking at this one CBG (I've seen you play others)... you have a nail for a nut, an eyebolt for a bridge and no frets. Right?
