Nichiren Shoshu　Taisekeji Temple　Hoando日蓮正宗総本山大石寺の奉安堂/
末法の御本仏日蓮大聖人は、一切衆生の成仏得道のために、弘安２年（1279）１０月１２日、出世の本懐である本門戒壇の大御本尊を御図顕あそばされました。
　 平成１４年１０月、宗旨建立７５０年を慶祝して建立された奉安堂は本門戒壇の大御本尊を厳護申し上げる堂宇であり、日蓮正宗の僧俗にとって信仰の根本道場です。
　 この奉安堂は、国内・海外の本宗僧侶ならびに檀信徒から寄せられた浄財により、２年４ヵ月の工期をもって建立されました。On the 12th day of the tenth month of the second year of Koan, approximately 1279, Nichiren Daishonin, the Original Buddha for the Latter Day of the Law, fulfilled the purpose of his advent by inscribing the Dai-Gohonzon of the High Sanctuary of the Essential Teaching so that all humankind might enter the path to the realm of Buddhahood.
　Hoando was built as part of celebrations to commemorate the 750th Anniversary of the Establishment of True Buddhism to serve as the temple building where the Dai-Gohonzon of the High Sanctuary is enshrined and as the fundamental place of Buddhist practice for all Nichiren Shoshu priests and laity.
　Hoando was completed after a construction period of two years and four months with pure-minded financial contributions made by priests and lay believers all around the world
