It most certainly was, just not one that existed for very long. His gimmick was that he was so fast, he just dissapeared when people went to grab him.

I think that kid also skipped school so he could watch cartoon cartoons all day but got a Quicky Koala marathon instead because all the other cartoons skipped work the same day. XD

Damn if only all the CN would skip work so we can have at least one day to enjoy the cartoon cartoons. *sigh*
