  • r.i.p. mr.gold!

  • @CircleOfCerberus I'm glad we've agreed upon this.I am from Europe and I haven't touched metal scene in beautiful Canada so far.Norway and Sweden has been my black metal territory,I know good old doom metal from UK,but that's probably story of many people here, nothing new.

But what's really new for me, is the whole Magnum Opus of this Canadian poet. It is truly intense and overwhelming...I'm very touched.

Soul was born with mission. To transform tears into music..My deepest respect, Mr. Gold.

  • @MrCarpathianForest I totally agree with your words.

  • It's 2012. I thought that I've heard all combinations of melodies already. By listening to this super song, I know that I have not. I have not.

  • first time hearing this band, amazing vocals, will be missed by many,

  • @EstherJussila

would you ever release any of this to us, his fans. Maybe include it on a bundle sale? All his CD's in one package and you will get the lyrics to six and seven? I would buy, and im sure many would also.

  • Hello everyone...Thank you to all who write wonderful words about my wonderful son. Some say, as time goes by the pain seems less. So far, I feel the pain just goes deeper. We have our private times of silent grief, but I feel it is healthier for all of us to talk about our sadness and comfort each other. We all are now living life with a great loss. Please continue to keep in touch with us, and continue to listen to my son's songs about love, life, challenges and hope. Thank you for sharing...

  • @EstherJussila It is still very hard to contemplate that David is really gone. His musical and lyrical talent were always a cut above anything else, and Woods 5 is nothing short of pure genius! Such an inspirational collection of material!!!

  • @EuanKiwi right brother.. it's the same thing for me..

I'm from Italy.. i did not know him end is music.. and now that i found it i discover that he is dead..

    I'm sad.

  • Are you fucking serious! Ive just discovered this mind-blowing band only to learn of the loss of David Gold. Whilst it is no consolation to the Gold family, I can assure you, their outstanding music will be played forever by me and every friend I know. Because once I introduce them to this band, I have no doubt, they will fall in love with the band the same way I have. This isnt music, this is a state of mind.
