My cousin is about 60 years old and works 50 hours a week. This week he snuck a cigarette down the subway when it was not busy because he missed his train. He got a citation and went to court, they want him to pay $167.00 bucks & 25 hrs of community service. That is a sick thing to do, this guy has health problems.
