MBTA NovaBUS RTS 06 on route 97

This is a ride on an MBTA 0 series RTS on route 97. These RTS have recently been overhauled and some will remain in service until 2012. The same series RTS that were not overhauled will be retired by summer of 2007 and be replaced by New Flyer D40LFs.

They are being retired. The newest RTS's will be 17 years old by then.

i saw sum pics of our tmc/nova rts that have been retired and scrapped. fleey numbers like 0318, 0216,0355,. mbta wont be the same without them.

Sounds like the Washoe County RTC Ride RTS buses in Nevada (Reno/Sparks area) with the same S50/VR-731 powertrain.
