She discusses the history and present status of the Gurdjieff movement and the fundamental exercise of "remembering oneself."

Based on her account, this woman must be in her late 60s or early 70s. Quite lovely.

Unfortunately she is partly responsible for the dissemination of the misuse of the Enneagram as a typology of personalities. For what it is worth, I think they mispronounce Mr. Gurdjieff's name.
