  • Happy bday, I follow some of your posts on the CF boards, did not peg you for 50, not even close. What is your athletic background like? Have you been involved in gymnastics/weightlifting since a college age?

  • I started Olympic weightlifting in October 2000. No gymnastics until my mid-40s. I played all the sports I could as a kid but pretty much rode the pine throughout high school. I was slow and skinnier than the kid they called Bones.
