@TheFriedKimchi good customer service...are you kidding?? they did one test and it didnt work so they told me that since it was out of warranty since its a few years old the only solution was to buy a new one for $100

@RochaBR777 if u get the refillable filter, u can use your own ground coffee that i buy at flea market for 3.00 lb. "starbucks brand or organic newman brand" and it goes down to regular price per cup.

You sir are a genius. I have purchased and tossed 6 Keurig's in the last 8 years.
Thanks to you I was able to repair my "out of warrantee" unit.
Excellent work by you !
Keurig sucks BTW.

The Keurig coffee maker is great for those who want a quick cup of coffee before going to work, but for people like me who drink several cups a day, the Keurig doesn't have a warming plate to keep the coffee hot. If you don't drink it right away, it gets cold and you have to reheat it in the microwave. And those K-cups expensive. $11 for a box of 18 at Walmart amounts to 60 cents a cup. I put my Keurig on the shelf yesterday and plugged in my old coffee maker.

30.008 unsatisfied costumers, Keurig waht a shame.

Great info but if the problem is the vacum pump motor, once you remove the bottom plate you can remove the 3 screws holding the pump head on and remove it... Oil it, put
the head back on,, put the bottom plate back on and your done.. It worked for me.. In fact it was late one evening and I used olive oil to get it going again.. I'll get a better oil for next time.. from what I've read its just a mater of time..
Great video. I am on my second unit. The first one was replaced FOC during warranty by Keurig. Where did you buy the lubricant for the pump

@hingebird I used trumpet valve oil that has a low viscosity. However, this is not recommended since it is not food safe. A better choice is a food-grade lubricant. Make sure the viscosity is low.
