Lovely long-haired, purring, friendly cat needs foster (or forever?) home asap!

"Nefertiti" is a happy, affectionate, purring and drooling lovecat! She was hard to photograph because she's always rubbing around on her back, belly up, wanting a tummy rub! There are other cats in boarding where she is staying, and she got used with them, and is curious about the dogs. She had been an only cat, so surely she wouldn't mind having her people to herself!

"Nefertiti" is a 9-year old longhaired beauty given up by her owner.. a caring lady was trying to find her a home and boarding her at the vet's, but is out of money, and this lovely, affectionate, friendly cat will have to go to the shelter if a foster or permanent adopter is not found within a few days. With relinquishment and euthanasia stats at staggering highs, and the fact that she is black and an adult - her chances of getting out alive are slim to none. She is healthy and up to date on vaccines, and has been spayed.

I found a cat that looks like that cat at work and he is now my house cat. He's name is Binx I'm glad there's more that look like him so if something happened to him I could get another one. :)

OMG! I am not the only one who has a cat that looks exactly like Nefertiti. I mean EXACTLY! I wouldn't be able to tell them apart. My Ozzie has the same color tones in his long black fur. They say that cats fur can change up to 18 months of age but Ozzie is 5 1/2 and his is still changing. Awwwww.......
